After using a different service, that was putting my door in a worst condition, while costing us more and more… No more disappointment! I’ve been recommended by my great neighbors to use Armstrong service. They did a fabulous job. The team that was sent to fix my garage door were John and Joan. They did an excellent job, while walking me through the whole process and actually fixing the problem. I’ll definitely use them again and try their yearly maintenance service too.

One of my garage door Springs was broken so I researched a few companies and decided on this one because of the positive reviews. Mentioned frequently in the reviews was ROCKY so I was hoping he was the one sent out to my home, and he was. He is VERY knowledgeable and informs you on the details of what needs to be done, not only immediately but in the future. He leaves you with a thorough understanding rather than just trying to sell you something. He is patient and fast at what he does, but does it right. We have had Armstrong service our garage doors since 2007, and there have been a few different technicians over the years. While all have been knowledgeable and efficient, Jeff has always been courteous, informative, and the most at ease with customer over-watch. In the most recent service, Jeff and Jason came to do routine maintenance. Jason had the benefit of seeing first hand what good customer relations looks like.

We had problems with our garage door & one of our friends recommended name of this firm. Booked an appointment & they sent out Rocky to fix the issue. Although I was in the office, my wife explained the issue to him. One thing that truly stood out was punctuality. We like people who are on time. During the course of the service, as my wife explained to me later on that this technician was very knowledgeable & a thorough professional. Moreover he went an extra mile to teach us do's & don'ts of the garage door. Being from out of state, we were not familiar with garage doors & this experience was an eye-opener for us.
